- Coordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents and visitors
- Manage the school’s Front of House/Reception ensuring quality customer service
- Manage and develop school communication channels such as newsletters
- Organize parent/community events to engage parents
- Promote the school through stories and photographic material
- Develop and implement retention strategies to maintain enrolment numbers
- Undertake surveys of new parent views and produce analysis
- Assist with development and implementation of school marketing strategy
- Develop an events calendar to support enrolment activities
- Maintain open lines of communication to existing parents
Requirements
- College Degree from a reputed university (BA or BSc) is desirable
- Minimum two years in a customer service focused role
- Proven success with meeting sales targets
- Relationship management experience
- Effective communicator (written and spoken)
- Interpersonal skills, able to operate in a diverse environment

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Parents Relations Executive to join us at GEMS Education. The candidate will support the principal in developing a strong and active parent community as the central pillar of the school's culture.
Job Description
- Co ordinate and lead school tours for prospective parents and visitors, promoting the school’s USPs
- Day to day management of the school’s Front of House/Reception ensuring quality customer service
- Management and continual development of the school communication channel, such as newsletters
- Organize parent/community events in order to engage parents in school activities
- Promote the school by providing stories and photographic material
- If necessary, collaborate with School Principal/CEO, SLT and other members to develop and implement retention strategies
- Undertake regular surveys of new parent views on enrolment process and produce analysis
- In conjunction with the School Principal/CEO and the Corporate Marketing team, assist with marketing strategy
- In collaboration with the School Principal/CEO and Registrar, develop an events calendar
- Ensure GEMS policies, procedures and codes of conduct are followed
- Maintain open lines of communication to existing parents
- Promote, when appropriate, other GEMS schools
Qualifications & Experience
- A college Degree from a reputed university is desirable (BA or BSc)
- A minimum two years in a customer service focused role
- Proven success with meeting sales targets is mandatory
- Relationship management experience
- Effective communicator (written and spoken)
- Interpersonal skills, able to operate in a diverse environment
