Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Paratha Maker** to join our new cloud kitchen team in the Al Shawamekh/Baniyas area.
The ideal candidate must specialize in authentic Arabic-style paratha and bread preparation.
In addition to culinary skills, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and taking orders, requiring a friendly professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- **Authentic Preparation:** Prepare, knead, and cook high-quality, authentic Arabic-style parathas and traditional breads.
- **Order Management:** Directly take orders from customers (in-person or via phone) and ensure they are recorded accurately in the system.
- **Consistency:** Maintain high standards of taste, texture, and presentation for every order.
- **Kitchen Hygiene:** Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines. Keep the workstation clean and organized at all times.
- **Stock Control:** Monitor dough and ingredient levels to ensure the kitchen is always ready for peak hours.
Requirements & Skills
- **Experience:** Proven experience as a Paratha Maker, specifically familiar with **authentic Arabic techniques**.
- **Customer Service:** Strong communication skills to handle customer orders and inquiries efficiently.
- **Language:** Ability to communicate clearly with a diverse customer base (Arabic and English/Hindi skills are an advantage).
- **Efficiency:** Ability to work quickly and maintain quality in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment.
- **Location:** Must be able to commute to or be based near **Al Shawamekh / Baniyas**, Abu Dhabi. Accomodation provided by company
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
