- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, complying with food safety standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing, and special promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE
- Strong background in cooking and menu development
- Skills in sandwich, burger, and kabob tikka preparation
- Ability to supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation

Job Overview
