Overview
- We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to lead preparation of high quality cafe meals and beverages in a fast paced kitchen in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
- Skills in sandwich & burger, kabob tikka
- Develop and update menu items, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation to ensure timely service
- Monitor food stock, place orders, and manage inventory to reduce waste and control costs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, complying with food safety and sanitation standards
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to a high standard
- Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing, and special promotions
Requirements
- Must have 1 year minimum experience in the UAE for the position
Compensation
- Salary will be discussed upon interview
- Accommodation provided by company
- Pay: From AED2,300.00 per month
