Job Overview
- Coordinates clinical and operational activities during shift to ensure optimum service and quality care.

Operational Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate prehospital care committees performance and provide support.
- Review Paramedics unit monthly work schedule and course compliance.
- Assume role of operations manager for prehospital care unit events.
- Coordinate with government agencies such as Red Crescent for collaborative training.
- Assume role of risk and compliance officer to perform risk assessments.
- Provide analysis of patient care records data to identify trends.
- Monitor and review quality assurance procedures.
- Follow Paramedic standing orders, protocols, and advanced life support guidelines.
- Participate in drills and assess scene safety.
- Provide special rescue services where trained.
- Ensure readiness for 911 emergency calls or disaster response.
- Check ambulance and equipment for pre hospital emergency medical care.
Qualifications
- Paramedic certification and licensure required.
- Experience in prehospital emergency care.
- Knowledge of ACLS and PALS protocols.
- Ability to coordinate with emergency responders.
