- Process claims based on services charged by clinical team and process claim supporting documentation
- Update billing systems with latest claim information corrections and adjustments to ensure data accuracy
- Generate invoices and update billing status including Dental and Medical billing
- Respond to inquiries from insurance companies and payers related to individual patients/cases
- Review incoming and outgoing documents related to invoices and payments

- Experience in medical billing and claims processing
- Experience managing complex accounts and leading a team
