Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and medical calls and provide immediate patient care.
• Assess medical conditions and determine appropriate emergency treatment.
• Provide ALS and BLS, administer medications, and perform CPR, airway management, oxygen therapy, and other emergency procedures.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition during treatment and transportation.
• Stabilize and safely transport patients to hospitals or appropriate medical facilities.
• Communicate with doctors, nurses, emergency teams, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient care reports and emergency medical documentation.
• Keep ambulance equipment, supplies, medications, and the ambulance clean, safe, equipped, and ready for deployment.
• Follow UAE healthcare regulations, emergency protocols, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and provide professional, compassionate patient care.
• Participate in emergency drills, training, and continuing professional development.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Paramedic, Emergency Medical Services, or a relevant qualification.
• Relevant professional license or eligibility to practice in the UAE.
• Relevant paramedic experience in a hospital, ambulance service, emergency department, or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures, BLS, ALS, CPR, and patient assessment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong commitment to patient safety and quality healthcare.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
