- Provide legal and administrative support to the litigation team
- Maintain comprehensive tracker of all litigation matters
- Handle small legal claims that may have been escalated to Legal
- Assist with requests from third parties, including requests for information
- Assist with reporting of litigations to internal stakeholders
- Assist the team with onboarding external counsels (drafting letters of engagements, managing costs and budgeting of matters, reviewing bills etc.)
- Support on various aspects of litigation cases, including discovery and data production, preparing witness evidence and liaising with external counsels
- Lead and/or support wider projects for the litigation team to improve team efficiency

- Experience in litigation support
- Ability to handle small legal claims
- Experience with external counsel onboarding
