Act as a key point of contact for clients, agents, and external stakeholders
Liaise with banks, brokers, land registry services, third party providers and government authorities
Maintain high standards of client service and responsiveness
Maintain accurate file records and document management
Track key milestones and ensure timely progression of matters
Assist with billing processes and matter management
Support continuous improvement of property processes, templates and systems
The successful candidate will ideally have the following:
Experience in a property law environment (law firm or in-house)
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes in NSW
Strong working knowledge of PEXA, PEXA Projects and electronic settlements
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines
