Role overview
Boutique disputes practice established in the UAE in 2009 is hiring a Paralegal for its dispute resolution team.
The practice handles DIFC Courts litigation and international arbitration under DIAC, LCIA, and ICC Rules.
Responsibilities
- Support DIFC Courts litigation.
- Support international commercial arbitration.
- Work within the firm's dispute resolution team.
Minimum criteria
- At least 3 years of experience as a paralegal and/or associate at a top-tier law firm in the United Kingdom.
- Demonstrable exposure to dispute resolution and litigation.
- Law degree from a leading university in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, or Canada.
- Strong drafting, research, and case-management skills.
- Ability to meet the standards expected of a top-tier disputes practice.
Workplace
- Full-time role based in the firm's Dubai office.
- Work location is in person.
- Candidates must currently be based in the UAE or be willing to relocate at their own cost.
