A boutique UAE disputes practice established in 2009 is seeking a Legal Manager to work directly alongside the Managing Partner.

A legal qualification is not required; the role is intended for an experienced professional services manager.
Responsibilities
- Support the Managing Partner in the day-to-day running of the firm.
- Manage administration and internal workflow.
- Oversee document, file, and matter management.
- Maintain orderly physical and electronic filing across litigation and arbitration matters.
- Coordinate the operational interface between fee-earners, partners, support staff, and clients.
- Run internal processes independently with sound judgment and discretion.
Minimum Criteria
- Have a strong administrative and management background from a law firm or comparable professional services organization.
- Understand working relationships among partners, fee-earners, support staff, and clients in a top-tier professional environment.
- Have demonstrable document, file, and matter management experience in a litigation and arbitration practice.
- Maintain disciplined physical and electronic filing systems.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion and work independently alongside the Managing Partner.
- Be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate at own cost as a local hire.
