Role Overview
Oversee daily pantry operations in a full-time, on-site role in Doha.
Supervise pantry staff, coordinate inventory, and manage the preparation and distribution of beverages and light refreshments.
Maintain a professional service environment while supporting food safety, HSE, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure pantry cleanliness, organization, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Lead, schedule, train, and monitor the performance of pantry staff.
- Track stock levels, manage ordering, coordinate inventory, and reduce waste.
- Coordinate the timely preparation and distribution of beverages and light refreshments.
- Implement standard operating procedures and coordinate with catering and kitchen teams.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and used safely.
- Promote compliance with HSE and quality protocols and support a welcoming service environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in pantry or catering operations, including food handling, storage practices, and hygiene procedures.
- Supervisory skills to lead, schedule, and support pantry staff in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Organizational and inventory management skills for stock tracking, ordering, and waste reduction.
