- Oversee all daily palace operations including housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and guest services
- Manage, train, and schedule household staff to ensure consistent service excellence

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 10 years in luxury hospitality, estate management, or five star hotel operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage

Position Overview
- The Palace Manager oversees the full operations, staff management, and service standards of a private palace or high‑end residential estate.
- This role ensures seamless daily functioning, exceptional hospitality, and strict confidentiality while maintaining the highest level of luxury service.
- The Palace Manager acts as the primary point of coordination between the principal, household staff, external vendors, and security teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily palace operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and guest services.
- Manage, train, and schedule household staff (housekeepers, butlers, chefs, drivers, security, etc.) to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Ensure VIP guests receive exceptional hospitality, including personalized service, event coordination, and protocol adherence.
- Manage palace budgets, vendor contracts, inventory, and procurement of supplies while ensuring cost efficiency.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all palace facilities, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.
- Work closely with security teams to maintain safety protocols, access control, and emergency preparedness.
- Plan and execute private events, formal gatherings, and family occasions within the palace.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding the principal’s personal life, schedule, and household operations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the palace meets luxury standards in cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years in luxury hospitality, estate management, or five‑star hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Knowledge of VIP protocol and luxury service standards
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation
- High integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness
- Service‑oriented mindset with proactive problem‑solving
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Pay
- AED 21,000.00 AED 25,000.00 per month
Working Conditions
- Based at the palace residence with regular on‑site presence required.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on the principal’s schedule.
- High‑pressure environment requiring rapid response and adaptability.
- Interaction with VIP guests, dignitaries, and high‑profile individuals.
- May require travel with the principal or to other properties when needed.
