- Manage commercial budgets, financial planning, and performance reporting
- Build strong relationships with owners, partners, travel agencies, corporate clients, and government entities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality
- Strong UAE market knowledge
- Proven leadership in sales, marketing, revenue, and business development
- Strategic planning and commercial acumen
- Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Expertise in digital marketing and distribution channels
- Advanced analytical and forecasting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage

Position Overview
- The Commercial Director is responsible for leading the commercial strategy of a luxury resort in Abu Dhabi, driving revenue growth across all business units including rooms, F&B, spa, events, and leisure experiences.
- This role requires a strong commercial leader with deep luxury‑hospitality expertise, excellent UAE market knowledge, and proven success in sales, marketing, revenue management, and business development.
- The Commercial Director ensures the resort’s commercial performance aligns with brand standards, market positioning, and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Pay
- AED 35,000 AED 40,000 per month
