The position requires warm, friendly, attentive service that follows hotel policies, procedures, and LQA standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services for a memorable and seamless stay experience.
- Coordinate VIP amenities, including daily fruit baskets and personalized welcomes.
- Escort guests to rooms, introduce hotel facilities, and provide ongoing assistance.
- Manage luggage handling with Concierge for safe and timely delivery.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs while maintaining service excellence.
- Provide wake-up calls, shoe shining, packing and unpacking, and laundry assistance.
- Keep informed about hotel promotions, VIP arrivals, and events to anticipate guest needs.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same role in a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Resort experience is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- A professional and well-groomed appearance is required.
- Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
