The hotel is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appeal of its facilities.
The role combines technical painting expertise, creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Paint public spaces, guest rooms, and exterior surfaces.
- Clean, sand, and prime surfaces before painting.
- Mix colors and apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Perform touch-ups and repairs on existing painted surfaces.
- Maintain an organized work area and care for painting tools and equipment.
- Coordinate painting schedules with other teams to minimize disruptions.
- Follow safety protocols and handle painting materials properly.
- Respond to painting requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Support improved painting techniques and participate in maintenance checks.
- Assist with inventory management of paint supplies and materials.
