Role Overview
The Front Office Supervisor oversees daily front desk operations and ensures exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
The role leads Guest Relations Ambassadors and supports hotel quality standards and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Promote hotel rooms and dining services to improve guest experience and revenue.
- Handle billing, payments, cash management, guest records, reservations, and communication channels.
- Oversee inventory, safe operations, guest relocations, luggage handling, and vehicle flows.
- Support team training, hotel standards, and communication with departments and external partners.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and accessible front entrance and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Higher education is required.
