Job Overview

  • Responsible for expanding the overseas market in interior prefabrication, architectural finishing, and building materials.
  • Includes project opportunity tracking, customer development, project execution, business negotiations, and contract signing.

Requirements

  • Possess strong market development capabilities and a rich customer network.
  • Able to work independently, including visiting clients (Chinese funded and foreign funded), conducting follow ups, and securing orders across multiple countries.
  • Have market development experience in the international engineering sector.
  • Be familiar with Chinese funded institutions abroad as well as local government and business resources.
  • Proficient in Arabic or English.
  • Able to travel frequently overseas.
  • Detail oriented, patient, quick to learn, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full lifecycle of orders, including signing, execution, delivery, and payment collection.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and motivation in market expansion.
  • Achieve performance targets according to the department's annual plan.
