- Expand the overseas market in interior prefabrication, architectural finishing, and building materials.
- Track project opportunities, develop customers, execute projects, negotiate business, and sign contracts.
- Visit clients (Chinese funded and foreign funded), conduct follow ups, and secure orders across multiple countries.
- Manage the full lifecycle of orders including signing, execution, delivery, and payment collection.
- Achieve performance targets according to the department's annual plan.
Requirements
- Strong market development capabilities and a rich customer network
- Able to work independently, including visiting clients and securing orders across multiple countries
- Market development experience in the international engineering sector
- Familiar with Chinese funded institutions abroad and local government and business resources
- Proficient in Arabic or English
- Able to travel frequently overseas
- Detail oriented, patient, quick to learn, and able to work well under pressure
