Role Overview
The OutSystems Developer, Senior Tech Lead will design, build, and oversee enterprise-grade digital solutions.
The role serves as the technical authority for OutSystems implementations and guides development, architecture, integrations, security, and delivery.
Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor OutSystems developers, conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and ensure best practices.
- Resolve complex technical blockers, performance bottlenecks, and critical production issues across environments.
Architecture and Development
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable OutSystems Reactive Web and Mobile applications using 4-Layer Architecture principles.
- Apply architecture patterns, refactoring, database modeling, and performance optimization practices.
- Architect and implement integrations with external systems, databases, REST/SOAP APIs, Creatio CRM, and .NET backends.
Delivery and Collaboration
- Oversee technical delivery, code quality, performance optimization, and CI/CD deployment pipelines using OutSystems Service Studio and LifeTime.
