Role overview
Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard is seeking an Outlets Manager for its Food and Beverage team.
The role manages daily operations across all hotel food and beverage outlets and supports guest service, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
The position oversees outlet teams, brand standards, service quality, and revenue and profitability objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across all hotel food and beverage outlets.
- Maintain Holiday Inn and IHG brand standards, hygiene requirements, and operating procedures.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, service standards, outlet cleanliness, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Respond to guest feedback, complaints, and special requests and deliver service recovery.
- Monitor sales, productivity, profitability, operating expenses, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and inventory.
- Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, forecasts, and performance analysis for the Director of Food and Beverage.
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet supervisors and colleagues through briefings, reviews, and on-the-job training.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and work with other departments on promotions, group functions, VIP guests, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, health and safety requirements, and hotel policies.
