About the Role
We are seeking an Outlets Manager to oversee Food & Beverage outlets at a hotel. The role involves managing daily operations, leading the F&B team, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting financial targets.

- Manage all F&B and day to day operations within budget and to the highest standards
- Ensure excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Requirements
- College/university degree graduate
- Minimum two years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager of a large outlet
- Beverage and Coffee knowledge is a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office, restaurant management software, POS
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

Overview

Education and Experience Requirements
- College / university degree graduate with a minimum of two years experiences as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager of a large outlet.
- Beverage and Coffee knowledge is considered a big plus.
