Role Overview
NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking an Outlet Supervisor for its Food & Beverage team.
The role supports smooth daily outlet operations, supervises the team, and maintains high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outlet operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Lead, motivate, and support team members in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure service standards, SOPs, and Food & Beverage procedures are consistently followed.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure effective communication and handover between shifts.
- Monitor service quality and ensure the outlet is properly prepared and maintained.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
- Support the Outlet Manager with revenue targets and operational cost control.
- Encourage upselling and maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, and products.
- Monitor stock levels, requisitions, and handling of Food & Beverage products.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and team development.
