Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet to ensure efficient and seamless service
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with brand and hotel operating procedures
- Support the Outlet Manager in scheduling, training, performance management, and team development
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and food handling standards are maintained at all times
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate requisitions, and minimize waste through effective inventory control
- Drive upselling initiatives and support the achievement of revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Conduct pre shift briefings and communicate daily operational priorities with the team
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive working environment
Requirements
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English
- Additional language is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask

Your Day to Day
- As an Outlet Supervisor, you will support the overall outlet operations to deliver and maintain guest satisfaction and business results.
