About the Role

Responsibilities
- Process guest bills, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system
- Safeguard cash floats, payment devices, and other financial instruments in accordance with hotel procedures
- Verify and process credit card transactions, room charges, discounts, promotions, and vouchers with proper authorization
- Reconcile cash, card, and room charge transactions and prepare end of shift reports
- Support internal controls and house fund audits to ensure compliance with financial policies
- Work closely with Finance, Front Office, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting
Requirements
- Experience handling cashiering, billing, or financial transactions within hospitality or a customer facing environment
- Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable working with POS systems, payment terminals, and financial reporting tools
- Strong numerical skills and ability to reconcile transactions confidently and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information
- Communicate fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage

The Team

- As an Outlet Cashier, you will report to the Assistant Director of Finance.
Your Role
- Handle guest billing and payment transactions across Food & Beverage outlets and bars.
- Safeguard hotel assets and maintain compliance with financial procedures.
How You’ll Make the Place
