- Conduct cold calls, in person visits, and presentations to potential clients across various industries

- Understand the technical aspects of power and cooling products and services and provide expert guidance to clients
- Cultivate long term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction
- Respond to inquiries and provide after sales support
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in CRM systems
- Provide regular sales performance reports to the sales manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the power, cooling, HVAC, or energy solutions industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage key accounts
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to clients
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Job Summary
- We are seeking a driven and dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the sales of Power and Cooling products and services.
- This role involves working in the field, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the power, cooling, HVAC, or energy solutions industry.
- Experience selling technical products and services is highly desirable.
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage key accounts.
- Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle client objections effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certifications or training in power, cooling, HVAC, or related fields.
- Experience working with large corporations, data centers, or critical infrastructure.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices within the power and cooling sector.
