- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fit out sector
- Generate leads, conduct in person visits, and present products/services to potential clients
- Understand client requirements and provide customized interior fit out solutions
- Advise clients on design options, product features, and benefits
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors
- Offer exceptional after sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on trends in interior design, materials, and fit out solutions
- Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback to improve sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior fit out, construction, or design industry
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and fit out processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools

Job Summary
- Looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative specializing in Interior Fit Out solutions.
- Ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a passion for interior design and construction.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales of premium interior fit out products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Development & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities; generate leads, conduct in person visits, present products/services.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and provide customized interior fit out solutions; advise on design options, product features, and benefits.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors; offer after sales support.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends; monitor competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain records in CRM; provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior fit out, construction, or design industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build client relationships and close sales; self motivated; knowledge of CRM software.
- Other: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory; ability to manage multiple projects and meet sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large commercial interior projects or retail fit outs.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and eco friendly design solutions.
- Experience in managing high value client accounts.
