Job Summary

  • We are seeking a driven and dynamic Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in the sales of Power and Cooling products and services.
  • This role involves working in the field, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical understanding of power and cooling solutions, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct cold calls, in person visits, and presentations to potential clients across various industries.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring consistent follow up and closing of sales.
  • Understand the technical aspects of power and cooling products and services.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients, offering tailored solutions based on their specific requirements.
  • Cultivate long term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide after sales support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the power, cooling, HVAC, or energy solutions industry.
  • Experience selling technical products and services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage key accounts.
  • Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical solutions to clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle client objections effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical certifications or training in power, cooling, HVAC, or related fields.
  • Experience working with large corporations, data centers, or critical infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices within the power and cooling sector.
