Requirements
- Certified Nail Technician or relevant beauty industry professional
- 3–7 years of hands on technical experience combined with strong sales exposure
- Proven ability to conduct professional demonstrations and convert into sales
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Commercially minded with understanding of pricing, promotions, and account management
- Self motivated, organized, and comfortable in target driven environment
