About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit short form videos and photography for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand campaigns, launches, and marketing objectives
- Stay up to date with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
- Produce engaging content including Reels, Stories, behind the scenes, product showcases, tutorials, interviews, and event coverage
- Collaborate with the Marketing, social media, Design, and Brand teams to execute content calendars
- Attend events, activations, salons, and product launches to capture real time content
- Write engaging captions and content hooks where required
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Maintain organized content libraries and ensure timely delivery of assets
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation or social media content production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video, photography, and editing skills
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom
- Up to date with the latest social media trends

Job Overview

- The ideal candidate must have 2–4 years of experience creating engaging digital content, strong video editing and photography skills, and up to date with the latest social media trends.
- Proficiency in Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom is required.
