Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor sales activities.
- Visit corporate clients, dealerships, fleet companies, and business partners to promote company services.
- Manage end-to-end B2B and B2C sales, including lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking events.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and either Hindi or Arabic.
- Minimum 2 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE.
- A UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the automotive, vehicle registration, insurance, or related industries is an advantage.
