Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO.
- Oversee content creation for social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports with actionable insights.
- Manage the company's social media presence and online reputation.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
- Organize promotional events, partnerships, and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to support lead generation and business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of marketing experience, including at least two years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and analytics.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
