Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries about vehicle testing, registration, and company services.
- Make follow-up, confirmation, reminder, and service-related outbound calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with appointments, service procedures, and general inquiries.
- Record and update customer information and call details in the system.
- Follow up with customers and ensure proper resolution of their requests.
- Achieve assigned KPIs, call targets, and customer service performance standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Requirements
- Fluent English or Arabic is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, telesales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities are required.
- The candidate must be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Good computer skills and the ability to work with CRM or call center systems are required.
- The candidate must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional attitude and customer-focused approach are required.
