About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for translation services
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and client meetings to generate leads and sales
- Promote translation, legal translation, interpretation, attestation related translation, and localisation services
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
- Coordinate with the operations and translation teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in translation, business services, consultancy, attestation, immigration, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with corporate clients and decision makers
- Experience in lead generation and closing sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred
