- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Research market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Build relationships with local organizations, business communities, and strategic partners
- Identify and participate in relevant local business events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and trade shows
- Coordinate company participation in events and maximize lead generation opportunities
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Develop engaging marketing content for digital and offline platforms
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all platforms
- Track marketing, event, and growth related KPIs and prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Business Development, Marketing, or similar role
- Proven experience in organizing or participating in local events, exhibitions, and networking activities
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and paid promotions
- Experience in content creation, campaign management, and brand development
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Self driven, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Experience in the Qatar market is highly preferred

Requirements
