Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law matters
- Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Assist clients with compliance to Qatari laws, regulations, and business practices
- Represent clients in legal negotiations, consultations, and official communications when required
- Conduct legal research to stay updated with the latest laws, regulations, and judicial precedents in Qatar
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in legal consultancy, preferably in Qatar or GCC
- Must be well versed in Arabic (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam is an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of Qatari business laws, labor law, and corporate legal practices
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem solving skills
