About the Role
Lift Mart Elevators & Escalators seeks an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive business development in Al Ain. You will identify new customers, conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets.

- Identify and approach new customers, consultants, contractors, and developers to generate new business opportunities
- Promote the company’s elevator and escalator products and services to prospective clients
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct regular outdoor visits to customers, project sites, consultants, and construction companies
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations to maximize conversion rates
- Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines and close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams to ensure timely proposal submissions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities in the company database
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare weekly sales activity reports and updates on sales opportunities
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Willingness to travel frequently within Al Ain and surrounding areas for client visits
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Follow up on pending inquiries and projects regularly.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Al Ain and surrounding areas for client visits.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Referred Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor sales, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in the elevator, construction, or building materials industry.
- Knowledge of elevators, escalators, or related engineering products is an advantage.
