- Address inquiries or feedback from clients to facilitate smoother communication and deal closure
- Serve as a liaison between management and potential clients to schedule and coordinate meetings
- Personally invite potential clients to visit the elevator boutique and arrange personalized tours
- Draft and send professional emails and correspondence in both Arabic and English
- Assist in developing engaging content in collaboration with the marketing team
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long term engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain a database of client interactions and ensure regular updates for management
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform business strategies
- In charge of the organization of the boutique and arranging cleaning company visits
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional in typing and drafting correspondence in both languages
- Well versed in cultural and professional etiquette in the UAE market
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Previous experience in business development, customer relations, or similar role is an advantage
- Knowledge of the elevator industry or related fields is a plus
