Tasreea Business Center Services is seeking an aggressive Outdoor Sales Executive to expand B2B client base across the UAE, visiting corporate offices, restaurants, hotels, and hospitals to pitch uniform manufacturing services.

Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and physically visit potential B2B clients in target industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors
- Present fabric samples, physical uniform pieces, and advanced 3D mockups to key decision makers
- Conduct on site client meetings to understand their specific uniform needs, company branding, and budget requirements
- Negotiate pricing, prepare custom quotes, and close bulk manufacturing contracts
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, sales pipelines, and client interactions using Odoo
Requirements
- Proven track record in outdoor sales, field sales, or B2B business development within the UAE
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Existing networks or experience selling to restaurants, cafes, hospitals, or schools is a significant advantage
- Excellent face to face presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally in English (Arabic is highly preferred)
- Highly independent, resilient, and motivated by commission based targets
- Outdoor Sales: 4 years (Required)
- Uniforms field: 1 year (Required)

Job Overview
- We are seeking an aggressive and results driven Outdoor Sales Executive to expand our B2B client base across the UAE.
- In this field based role, you will be the face of 24.7 Uniforms, actively visiting corporate offices, restaurants, hotels, and hospitals to pitch our uniform manufacturing services.
- This position is perfect for a self starter who excels at face to face negotiations, building long term business relationships, and maximizing their income through an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and physically visit potential B2B clients in target industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and corporate sectors.
- Present fabric samples, physical uniform pieces, and advanced 3D mockups to key decision makers to showcase our manufacturing quality.

Qualifications and Skills
