About the Role

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Consult with clients to understand their uniform needs, recommending appropriate fabrics, styles, and custom embroidery options
- Prepare accurate price quotes, generate invoices, and manage client orders using Odoo
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients to negotiate terms and successfully close deals
- Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure order specifications are met and delivered on time
Requirements
- Proven experience in indoor sales, telesales, or a customer facing role within the UAE
- Background in B2B sales, apparel, or uniform manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly preferred
- Strong ability to manage CRM/ERP software efficiently (experience with Odoo is a major plus)
- Self motivated, organized, and highly driven by performance based earnings
- Sales: 4 years (Required)
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and target driven Indoor Sales Executive to join our growing team.
- In this role, you will handle warm inbound leads generated from our digital marketing campaigns, consulting with B2B and B2C clients over WhatsApp, phone, and email to close sales.
- This role is ideal for a proactive closer who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to maximize their earnings through an uncapped commission structure.
