Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk in clients
- Design customized international holiday packages based on customers' preferences and budgets
- Sell holiday packages including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, cruises, travel insurance, and visas
- Prepare professional quotations and itineraries
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Maintain strong product knowledge of popular outbound destinations
- Coordinate with international suppliers and DMCs for pricing and confirmations
- Ensure timely collection of payments and complete travel documentation
- Provide excellent after sales support before, during, and after travel
- Build repeat business through outstanding customer service and referrals
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in outbound holiday sales in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of international holiday destinations and visa requirements
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to prepare attractive itineraries and quotations
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets

About the Role
- Destined Travel & Tours LLC is looking for a passionate and sales driven Outbound Travel Consultant to join our growing outbound holidays team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into confirmed holiday bookings while delivering exceptional customer service.
- This role is ideal for someone with experience in selling international holiday packages from the UAE market.
