- Generate FIT, group series, leisure groups, and special interest tours
- Maintain and grow strong long term relationships with key travel trade partners
- Negotiate contracts and secure profitable business opportunities
- Achieve consistent business development targets independently
Requirements
- Proven track record in inbound tourism or travel trade business development
- Strong existing network of international travel agents / operators
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Experience in UAE inbound tourism is an advantage
- Must have measurable past performance in generating business
