- Knowledge of FIT and group tour operations
- Experience working in UAE travel agencies or DMCs
- Strong knowledge of popular outbound destinations
- Ability to handle WhatsApp based and digital lead conversions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self driven and target oriented mindset

Role Overview

Compensation Package
- Basic Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 (based on experience)
- Performance incentives for achieving monthly targets
