Role Overview Independently manage price implementation and order processing activities for assigned customers, while providing support and guidance to junior team members when needed.

Take ownership of accurate and timely price updates in SAP, thorough order validation, and proper documentation within the ServiceNow.

Mid-level specialist maintains a high standard of accuracy and compliance, proactively identifies discrepancies, and collaborates effectively across functions to resolve issues and improve operational workflows.

The role also involves contributing to process enhancements and supporting cross-functional initiatives that strengthen overall OTC efficiency.

1) Price Implementation & Order Processing

  • Independently execute end to end activities related to price implementation and order handling, including:
  • downloading and handling contracts on clients' online portals (B2B and others)
  • validating customer orders to ensure full alignment with the approved pricing database and commercial offers
  • implementing and changing client prices in the SAP system in close coordination with the sales department
  • creating and modifying documents in the SAP system, ServiceNow
  • ensuring full adherence to internal Versigent procedures, governance rules, and operational standards,
  • independently prepare, analyze, and maintain regular and ad hoc reports by consolidating data from SAP, ServiceNow, and customer portals; identify trends and discrepancies, present insights to stakeholders, and support decision making with clear, data driven summaries.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all pricing activities, order entries, and system updates..
  • Ensure compliance with Versigent’s internal procedures, data governance rules, and quality standards, proactively raising inconsistencies or risks. 2) Operational Support & Client Portfolio Handling
  • Independently plan, organize, and manage the assigned client portfolio, ensuring high-quality operational execution and service continuity.
  • Deliver assigned tasks accurately and on time, consistently monitoring progress and proactively maintaining up-to-date status documentation.
  • Identify and resolve process-related issues, drive improvement initiatives, and recommend efficiency-enhancing changes, including automation opportunities.
  • Regularly update existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), contribute to the creation of new ones, and support their standardization and implementation. 3) Process Compliance & Governance
  • Adhere to Versigent values, ethics, confidentiality, and internal governance standards.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to internal and external auditors, supporting audit processes and maintaining transparency of operations.
  • Proactively escalate issues that fall outside of scope or authority to the supervisor, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing operational risk. 4) Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, IT, and other Versigent teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless process flow.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively regarding status, blockers, and next steps, maintaining strong working relationships; escalate matters exceeding role responsibilities to the Team Leader in a timely manner.
  • Participate in cross training activities to ensure adequate coverage during colleagues’ absences and support business continuity.
  • Execute tasks and instructions assigned by the Team Leader, ensuring high quality delivery and adherence to operational standards. 5) Continuous Improvement & Development
  • Potential process improvements and proactively share observations and recommendations with Team Leader. Implementation of changes.
  • Support process related initiatives (including simple automation opportunities).
  • Participate in training and actively develop skills across pricing and the OTC flow.
  • Providing substantive support to the team and actively sharing knowledge and information with team members, training new team members

Basic Requirements (R – required, P – preferred) Education & Experience · Secondary education (R); higher education (P) · Over 1 year of experience in OTC/operations (R) · Experience working in a multinational company, preferably in a Shared Service Center (R) Technical Skills · Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) (R) · Strong knowledge/exposure to SAP (P) · Ability to work with online customer portals and Service Now or other workflow tool (P) Soft Skills · Ability to build effective and positive relationships with stakeholders (R) · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities (R) · High attention to detail and results orientation (R) · Ability to analyse data, identify issues, and propose solutions under guidance (R) · Good verbal and written communication skills; communicative English (R) · Teamwork, willingness to learn, and readiness to ask for guidance when needed (R) · Ability to maintain confidentiality of data (R)
