As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment within the assembly area, with the aim of guaranteeing the continuity and efficiency of the manufacturing process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform equipment setup, adjustment, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure the commissioning of newly acquired production equipment and implement the necessary modifications following level or configuration changes.
Propose and implement improvements to production equipment according to schedules and guidelines defined by the Industrial Engineering Department.
Accurately complete maintenance records, intervention reports, and related documentation in compliance with established procedures.
Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Ensure that modifications to assembly tables and electrical control benches are carried out according to predefined plans and schedules.
Identify, analyze, and document equipment abnormalities based on field observations and feedback from production operators.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment reliability, availability, and performance.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Associate Degree (Bac+2) in Electromechanics of Automated Systems, Industrial Automation and Instrumentation, or an equivalent technical field.
QUALIFICATIONS
Good knowledge of electronic systems and industrial machine components.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
Sense of responsibility, responsiveness, autonomy, and initiative.
Availability, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset.
