Responsibilities
- Performs necessary equipment & scope (rigid & flexible) pre & post procedure check.
- Pre and Post check to be done by the OT technicians for Rigid scopes where they are allotted to the case.
- For all flexible scopes the checking will be done by the OT technicians.
- Maintains files and records of all equipment’s & scope
- Performs pre operative patient preparation.
- Monitors and continually assesses the OT condition, including patient and surgical team requirements in co ordination with other members of the team.
- To scrub and assist in the case as and when allotted/ requested.
