OT Cybersecurity Program Director

What you will do: - Lead end-to-end OT/ICS cybersecurity engagements — from risk assessments and architecture reviews to programme delivery and managed services. - Serve as trusted advisor to C-suite and operational leadership (CISOs, COOs, plant managers) at major Saudi and regional clients. - Drive business development: originate, shape, and close deals across energy, utilities, chemicals, and critical infrastructure sectors in KSA. - Define and execute Accenture's OT security go-to-market strategy for the Kingdom, in alignment with Vision 2030 priorities. - Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary OT security team — including Saudi nationals in line with Saudization objectives. - Oversee OT/IT convergence security programs, including ICS network segmentation, secure remote access, and asset visibility initiatives. - Contribute to Accenture's global OT security practice — sharing KSA insights and shaping global assets, methodologies, and offerings.
