- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of orthopedic conditions including fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases
- Perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, arthroscopies, and fracture fixations with precision and care
- Develop treatment plans that incorporate surgery, rehabilitation, and patient education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, radiologists, and primary care providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient histories, treatments, and surgical procedures
- Stay updated with the latest advances in orthopedic surgery and integrate evidence based practices
- Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as an Orthopedic Surgeon
- Strong surgical skills and experience with a wide range of orthopedic procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to providing high quality, patient centered care
- Interest in ongoing professional development and maintaining up to date clinical knowledge
