Northbay Health is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our dynamic and growing surgical team in Northern California.
As part of Northbay Health’s Orthopedic and Trauma Services — anchored by Northbay Medical Center’s Level II Trauma Center— the Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon plays a key role in providing advanced, comprehensive care for patients with acute musculoskeletal injuries and complex fractures.

Position Highlights
Provide full-spectrum orthopedic trauma care, including operative and non-operative fracture management.
Participate in trauma call coverage and collaborate with emergency medicine and hospitalist teams to provide timely consultations and interventions.
Manage inpatient orthopedic trauma cases and perform outpatient follow-up care.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary trauma team to support optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in service line development, quality initiatives, and peer review activities.
