Role Overview
Backslash Security is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee capability, culture, and business performance.
The role works with leadership and cross-functional teams on people strategies, organizational design, talent development, performance, engagement, succession, and change management.
The position requires strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Assess organizational needs and translate insights into practical organizational initiatives.
- Develop people and organizational strategies that support long-term growth and transformation.
- Work with leadership and cross-functional teams on organizational design and change initiatives.
- Develop talent management and employee capability initiatives.
- Support performance management and succession planning.
- Design initiatives to improve employee engagement and employee experience.
- Analyze organizational data to identify capability gaps.
- Develop solutions to improve collaboration, productivity, and organizational performance.
