Backslash Security is seeking a strategic, people-focused, and results-oriented Learning & Development Manager.
The role strengthens employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance through learning and development initiatives.
The manager works with business leaders and internal teams to align development initiatives with organizational goals and capability requirements.
Responsibilities
- Identify learning needs and develop training strategies.
- Coordinate and manage learning and training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and establish frameworks to measure learning outcomes.
- Support leadership development and promote continuous learning.
- Translate business needs into practical development solutions.
- Design engaging learning content and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, training methodologies, and talent development.
- Ability to conduct training needs analysis and develop structured learning programs.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design engaging learning content and development initiatives.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, digital learning tools, and training evaluation methods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Proactive, collaborative, creative, and committed to continuous improvement.
